The Self Care Tower

Knowing what to do for self care and deciding to actually do it can be two very differently concepts. I often find the need for novel ways to encourage myself to do the activities that I know are impactful to lowering my stress levels and increasing my sense of self care. That is where this concept comes into play. Not only does it take up visual space in my surroundings to be a reminder in and of itself, but I customize each of the blocks and do a physical action (pushing the block out) to put in the effort of getting the process started. You can do this with paper and a jar as well, but here is my own approach using Jenga Blocks to help utilize the novel concept to give it a slightly higher chance of actually getting it done.
