CASSY Seeks a New Executive Director

Since CASSY was founded in 2009, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to the students, families, and school communities we serve. Over the past seventeen years, CASSY has built a strong foundation rooted in empathy, wisdom, compassion, and resilience.

Throughout our history, CASSY has benefited from strong, mission-driven leadership and thoughtful stewardship of our values through periods of growth and transition. We are now excited to announce the search for a dynamic and passionate new Executive Director to lead CASSY into its next chapter.

Reporting to a community-based Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership while overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations. In partnership with the Board and staff, the Executive Director will identify the resources and opportunities needed to sustain and expand CASSY’s work and will serve as a visible ambassador for the organization throughout the community.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep and authentic commitment to the mental health and well-being of young people and to the communities CASSY serves. They will understand the urgency of this moment in school-based mental health and be energized by the opportunity to lead an organization with CASSY’s reach, reputation, and potential.

The successful candidate will also bring humility, cultural awareness, and a genuine respect for young people from diverse cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. Experience in mental health, education, or a related clinical or human services field is preferred.
