Holiday Traditions Guide

 

Re-envision your 2020 holiday season with new traditions, like a gratitude jar, playing board games, or conducting family interviews. Pick one family member to do an in-depth interview, which can be saved for future generations.

Try sending a video holiday card this year. Or play "Story Charades," taking turns to act our movie or book without using words. Make your own hot chocolate or apple cider to create a fun family tradition.

 

Other holiday traditions include creating a family cookbook, making a pillow-fort and having an indoor campout, and writing notes of appreciation or encouragement to neighbors who may be isolated.

Holiday traditions may include family goal setting, creating a family time capsule, or playing family show & tell, where each member picks one item to represent a memory from the past year
